Sam and Jackson slept until a good 7:45 am. That is their usual wake up time, so we were pleased that they didn't arise earlier than normal. Jon and I were pretty tired. The kids and I waited in the hallway as usual while Jon checked for signs that Santa had made it. When we heard the christmas music we knew it was all clear for us to go and check it out. The kids of course were very excited. After opening presents, grandma Wendy, Whitney and cousin Aubrey came over for a French Toast breakfast. It was a nice Christmas morning...one of our best!
