His Chocolate Cake...Sam helped to make this cake!My little Sammy Whammy...Sammy Bobammy turned 5 this month. He is such a big boy. I can remember the day he was born like yesterday. He loves nick names. I think that he feels special when we call him by a nick name. He once told a nursery teacher that his name was sammywhammy. She had no clue what he was saying because that clearly doesn't resemble a name that she recognized.
He is such a special part of our family and is very loving. He is also a little bit of a fire cracker at times, but that seems to run in the family. I have really enjoyed spending time with him this summer. We have done so much with the kids this summer. It has been a blast. Sam's favorite family activity is going to Rock Creek for pizza. So, that is what we did on his actual birthday. Grandpa Ward joined us and it was perfect. Later we celebrated with cake and ice cream. He had to wait 6 additional days for his friend party, but it was worth the wait.
We love you Sam!

Happy Birthday to your cute little guy! I've never been to Rock Creek. Maybe all of us girls should meet there next time. Those new pictures of your kids are darling! Niki did a great job!
