My cute baby girls are finally 2. I was so looking forward to it, but now find that it's a little sad. They are so fun and animated. They are talking really well. Sophie is talking in full sentences. Kate is saying a lot of one syllable words and some small phrases. Sophie is a little hyper. She loves to run, jump, and chase her brothers. She seems like one of the boys at times. Kate, however, is very feminine and melow most of the time, though on occassion she can out run and jump them all. They are very independent of one another. They care about each other and are upset for one another if there is a problem, but seem to enjoy very different play time. Kate is all about the babies and strollers and Sophie is much more about dress-up and Cinderella. They keep eachother entertained and if one doesn't think of something to get into, the other one will. We are very busy with our little 2-year-olds!
The birthday party was small but perfect. We had Whitney and Grandpa Vest over for a Cafe Rio dinner. Later Grandma and Grandpa Ward came as well as Aunt Allyson. Grandma brought their favorite princess shoes. They discover these shoes at my friend Niki's house and now they are so excited to have some of their own. Daddy got them a treasure box of fairy dress-ups. They also got some Little People toys as well as barbies and pony's. It was a fun birthday!

I can't believe how big they are! It was so fun to see you guys last week! We love those little ones. It's hard to believe the girls are already two. They are growing to such fun little people!
Happy Birthday to the girls! Izzie got that Fisher Price Little People princess castle & carriage last Christmas and I think she's played with that more than any other toy she has, so I'm sure they'll love it!
