Sam had his Little Gym Show today. He always suprises me in groups because he seems reserved and shy. He is not this way at home. He is very outgoing and loud. I guess this is another reason for keeping him in pre-school one more year and letting him have the advantage of being the oldest. July birthdays are hard, but todays show reminded me once again that this is a good decision for Sam.
Despite being a little shy, he did a great job. He started out by showing everyone his baseball throw. Did great! Then hit a ball off of the tee. Showed us some awsome golf skills. And a great hockey exchange with Miss Janet. Following the sports skills, they showed us their gymnastic skills. Always helps with coordination (He could use a little of that). He did a tummy roll on the bars and then on the upper bar. Walked the balance beam and did some tricks. He then received his reward. All of the Ward kids were very proud! Kate and Soph were even a little jealous.
Great job Sam!!
