Sam

Pre-school Graduation
Sam with friends, Deacon and Tyler

Soccer Buddies (Luke, Sam, Landon and Wyatt)

My little Sam has had a busy spring. He graduated from pre-school, played soccer and t-ball, was in a sports class at The Little Gym and his best friend in the world moved away. He is happy to have the summer to relax and play. I had to remind him that three times a week we will be having summer school and continuing to learn his letters and numbers and their sounds. He hasn't loved learning these things. He knows them all, I think, but is reluctant to sit down and be quized on them. He is all about fun and I am trying to change that just a little. Its funny because I bought one of those foam number mats and was quizing him by having him jump on the numbers. He was still disinterested, yet Sophie and Kate were jumping on all of the right numbers. They could even answer some open ended number questions, such as which number is that....Two!
Sam did an awsome job in soccer. He scored a goal in every game but 1. He can't wait to play again! T-ball was fun, but he wasn't as into it as soccer, more waiting around and less action. He loves his Little Gym class. He was going to have to miss it one week to go to Jack's program and he talked me into arranging for Jon to pick him up and go to the program late. We have missed a couple though. Next week is his Little Gym Parent Show. I will post pictures of that soon.
